Return Policy

BATEMAT, S.A. – RETURN POLICY

Before making a return, contact us by sending us an email attaching the return formReturn form. Our Technical Service department will explain in detail how to make an exchange or return.

Satisfaction guarantee

Once your order is received, you have 14 calendar days to return it and receive a full refund, without having to justify the reason. To make this guarantee effective, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product must not be damaged or worn.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with its accessories, manuals and packaging
  • This warranty does not apply to software.

If the returned product is damaged or incomplete, your refund will be reduced or rejected.

Once we have received your return at our facilities, and verified the condition of the equipment, we will proceed to process the corresponding refund, within a period of 30 days. Said refund will always be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Remember that we cannot refund your money by other means. (Money orders, etc).

Defective product

If the product sent to the customer is defective or malfunctions, we will send you a new one at no additional cost. Once your request is processed, we will proceed to collect the defective product and send you a new one completely free of charge.

Defective products must be sent in their original packaging and condition with their accessories and manuals. Failure to comply with the above, the product will not be accepted as defective. Our technicians will review the product and the customer will be informed of the situation and the procedure to follow.

Return costs

If you return a product for defective, we take care of the freight. If you return the order for any other reason, the amount of the freight is at your expense.

In case you decide to manage the return of the order privately, the freight will be borne by the buyer. In no case will we accept a package sent to our facilities freight collect.
